Terms of Service

Last updated 17 September 2026

Draft. This document is pending review by our legal counsel and may change before launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and Fulta Technologies Kft. ("Fulta", "we", "us"), registered in Hungary. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. What the service is

Fulta is a hosted platform that turns a natural-language description into a web application, builds and tests it, hosts a private preview, and publishes it to a public address. The service is currently offered as a public beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed at production service levels.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. What you may build

You may not use Fulta to build, host or distribute anything that:

  • breaks applicable law, or infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • distributes malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive visitors about who operates it;
  • sends unsolicited bulk messages, or supports a service whose main purpose is to do so;
  • mines cryptocurrency, proxies traffic for third parties, or otherwise exists mainly to consume compute;
  • contains sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence against people.

We may suspend or remove a project that breaches this section, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

4. Your content and your code

You keep all rights in what you provide — your prompts, your data, your uploaded assets — and in the application source code generated for your project. You grant us the licence we need to operate the service: to store your project, run builds, host previews, publish your app and keep backups.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use your project data to train our own models. Prompts and generated code are sent to the AI providers we use in order to produce your app; see the Privacy Policy for the list.

5. Credits, plans and payment

The service is metered in two balances, AI Credits and Cloud Credits, as described on the pricing page. Plan allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Credits purchased as top-ups do not expire while your account is active and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies to you.

When a balance reaches zero, new work does not start. Published applications may be paused after a grace period. We will warn you before a balance runs out.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the beta service is provided without an uptime commitment. We may perform maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something material, we will give you reasonable notice.

7. Your responsibilities as a publisher

An application you publish is yours. You are responsible for its content, for what it does with visitors' data, and for any legal notices it must display — including your own privacy policy and cookie notice where required. Where your published app processes personal data of others, you are the controller and we act as your processor; see the Data Processing Addendum.

8. Suspension and termination

You may delete your projects or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that creates a security or legal risk, or that fails to pay. Deleted projects are torn down and permanently removed after a short retention window.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Generated code is produced by AI systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing an application before you rely on it for anything important.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, and the courts of Budapest have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: [email protected].
